- LEVEL/Anisec went bankrupt, all European routes are cancelled
- Air Canada’s last Boeing 767 operates final passenger flight
- The fleet status of the largest carriers due to coronavirus
The flight will last about 2 hours and will take place over France. The flight will be attended by the directors of Air France and KLM, as well as employees of the company who were closely connected with the aircraft, ie pilots, cabin crew, aircraft technicians and other special guests.
Although the original plan for this aircraft was to retire in 2022, the Coronavirus Crisis prompted them to retire the aircraft earlier, due to the lack of need for such a big passenger capacity and its inefficiency compared to smaller aircraft.
After retirement, Air France’s fleet will consist of A320 series aircraft, A330, A350 and Boeing 777 and 787.
