The greek flag carrier Aegean Airlines (A3/AEE), a member of Star Alliance will start using larger planes on all routes to Croatia with the begining of summer 2020 timetable. Starting from April 2020, none of the flights to Croatia is announced to be operated with Bombardier Q400 of the Greek regional air carrier Olympic Air (OA/OAL). So far, these planes were operating on most of the flights to Croatia. All summer flights are now announced on Airbus A319 and Airbus A320 (in the picture).
The route Atena – Dubrovnik will remain with 5 flights a week, but all flights are planned with Airbus A320, while this year, two flights a week were operated with smaller Bombardier Q400. The route Atena – Split will be operated 4 times a week with Airbus A319 instead of this year’s 5 weekly flights with smaller Bombardier Q400. Sunday’s flights are cancelled. The remaing flights are planned for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Route Atena – Zagreb will be operated 3 times a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays with an Airbus A319, and on Mondays with a larger Airbus A320. This year Zagreb was connected with 4 weekly flights operated on a smaller Bombardier Q400. Flights on Thursdays are removed.
