Condor will boost flight operations from Germany to Split

German air carrier Condor (DE/CFG) will boost flight operations from Germany to Split for summer 2020 timetable. Düsseldorf (DUS) – Split (SPU) will get a third weekly flight in addition to two weekly flights from last year. Operational days will be on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, instead of Thursdays and Sundays last year. Flights on Tuesdays will be operated with a larger Airbus A321 (in the picture above).  This route will start with flight operations 3 weeks earlier then last year, from April 10th.

Frankfurt (FRA) – Split (SPU) route will remain with three weekly flights, the same as last year, but in addition to flights on Fridays and Sundays, a third weekly flight will be on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays. Hannover (HAJ) – Split (SPU) route will remain with two weekly flights on Fridays and Sundays, without any change compared with last year.

However, Condor will reduce flight operations from Germany to Zadar. Flights from Düsseldorf and Hannover to Zadar are cancelled. Remaining sole Frankfurt (FRA) – Zadar (ZAD) route will be operated once a week on Sundays, and will start with operations one month later then last year, with the begining from May 31st.

Flights will start with operations one and a half month later then last year, with the begining on May 31st.  Frankfurt (FRA) – Rijeka (RJK) route will remain with the same flight operations as last year, with two weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays. All other mentioned flights are announced to be operated with Airbus A320 (in the picture below).

Condor has changed its livery in meantime. Afher the former owner, UK tour agency Thomas Cook went bankrupt, all planes will get back old Condor logos instead of yellow heart of Thomas Cook, but they will keep yellow-grey colors (in the pictures).

Last week Polish comapny Polish Aviation Group (PGL) has taken up an ownership in Condor. PGL is currently the owner of Polish flag air carrier  LOT Polish Airlines (LO/LOT), the member of Star Alliance
