This continued growth at Franjo Tuđman Airport has resulted in a total of 2,403,425 passengers in the first seven months of this year, reflecting a 16.5% increase compared to the 2,063,005 passengers during the same period in 2023.
Split

At the reception of Croatia Airlines’ Airbus A220, the airport’s director, Lukša Novak, announced that Split Airport expects to exceed 3.5 million passengers this year and is counting on year-round connectivity through its partnership with Croatia Airlines.
Dubrovnik
Ruđer Bošković Airport registered 522,848 passengers in July, reflecting a 16.88% increase compared to the same month last year, when 447,315 passengers passed through Dubrovnik Airport. Specifically, in July 2024, there were 5,161 passengers, 98 fewer than the 5,259 recorded in July 2023. The airport attributes this decline to the fact that July 2024 had one less weekend compared to the previous year, which directly impacted the results, as the majority of passengers arrive and depart on Saturdays. Despite this, the airport notes that the overall year-to-date performance is better compared to last year.
