By examining the publicly available reservation system of the national airline and analyzing publicly accessible flight tracking services, we have summarized the flight schedule for the first week of operations of the Croatia Airlines Airbus A220. The national airline has confirmed that the first A220 is expected to arrive in Zagreb on Tuesday, 30 July 2024, around 10 a.m. local time. According to the reservation system, the first commercial flight is scheduled for August 6. The time gap between the aircraft’s arrival and its first commercial flight follows the usual and expected protocol for integrating a new aircraft into the fleet, particularly as it is the first aircraft of this type to be registered in Croatia. In line with the Civil Aviation Agency’s procedures, a demonstration certification flight for the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency (CCAA) is anticipated before the inaugural commercial flight.
