Croatia Airlines is introducing a new service called “Time to Think”, which allows passengers to reserve flights at currently available prices without having to immediately pay the full amount for the ticket. This option is ideal for those who want to secure their reservation but are not yet ready to make the final purchase.
The “Time to Think” service enables passengers to reserve a flight with an additional fee, after which they have a specific period (from 1 to 10 days, depending on the fare and travel date) to consider and pay the full ticket amount. During this period, the seat on the flight is reserved at the selected price and fare conditions. Once the passenger completes the reservation, they receive a confirmation of the “Time to Think” purchase and reservation details via email. Before the deadline expires, the passenger must pay the full ticket amount through the Croatia Airlines website or mobile app. If the payment is not made on time, the reservation is automatically canceled, and the “Time to Think” fee is non-refundable.
The cost of the “Time to Think” service varies depending on the selected fare and the number of days until the travel date. For the FlyEasy fare, the fee is €12 for 1 day, €10 for 4 days, €8 for 6 days, and €6 for 10 days. For the FlyOpti and FlyBWise fares, the fee is €10 for 1 day, €8 for 4 days, €6 for 6 days, and €4 for 10 days. For the FlyFlexi and FlyBizz fares, the fee is €8 for 1 day, €6 for 4 days, €4 for 6 days, and €2 for 10 days.
The service is available only for Croatia Airlines flights (OU operating flights) and cannot be used in combination with other airlines or additional services. Additionally, the service is not available for passengers under two years of age. The “Time to Think” fee is non-refundable, and the reservation cannot be renewed after the deadline expires. Reservation conditions, such as fare type, passenger name, or flight date, cannot be changed during the “Time to Think” period.
