Croatia Airlines passengers can now track the status of their baggage through the national carrier’s mobile app. The new “Baggage Status” feature allows users to check the current status of their luggage—from departure to final destination—by entering their baggage tag number, flight number, and travel date.
This service, which enhances transparency and security in the passenger experience, is aligned with the standards and requirements of the Star Alliance network. Accordingly, it is currently available to passengers traveling from the airline’s main hub in Zagreb to international destinations, as well as on flights from London Heathrow Airport to Zagreb.
With the introduction of this feature, Croatia Airlines further improves its digital services and enhances the passenger experience, providing greater control over their baggage and a more seamless journey.
