Croatia Airlines connects Croatia with 30 European destinations this summer

Croatia Airlines, the Croatian national carrier and a member of Star Alliance, has announced a significant expansion of its flight network for the upcoming summer season. From 30 March to 26 October 2025, the company will connect Croatia with a total of 30 international destinations, introducing new routes and increasing the frequency of existing flights.

The main novelty in the summer flight schedule is the introduction of five new seasonal routes from Zagreb, about which we’ve reported earlier:

  • Prague (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Milan (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Hamburg (Tuesday, Friday, Sunday)
  • Bucharest (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
  • Madrid (Monday, Thursday, Saturday)

Flights on these routes are scheduled from early July to the end of October 2025 and will be operated by the new Airbus A220 aircraft, which are gradually replacing the existing fleet. To celebrate the launch of these new routes, Croatia Airlines has introduced promotional return ticket prices – starting at 129 euros for Prague, Milan, and Bucharest, 139 euros for Hamburg, and 179 euros for Madrid.

In addition to the new destinations, the number of weekly flights has increased on several popular routes. Zagreb – Tirana will now have three weekly flights, while the Zagreb – Barcelona route will increase to four weekly flights.

Split Airport remains one of Croatia Airlines’ key hubs, with 21 international destinations. The number of flights on the Split – Oslo and Split – Berlin routes will also increase, with two weekly flights now available.

This season, Dubrovnik will be connected to seven European destinations – Athens, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, Prague, Rome, and Zurich. An additional fifth weekly flight has been added on the Dubrovnik – Zurich route, while Dubrovnik – Prague will now operate twice a week.

During the summer flight schedule, Croatia Airlines plans to operate more than 18,200 flights, which is a 7% increase compared to 2024. This will provide passengers with over 2.26 million seats, an 18% increase from the previous year.

In addition to international flights, the national airline continues to ensure domestic connectivity between eight Croatian airports – Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Pula, Osijek, Rijeka, and Bol on Brač. The highest flight frequency is expected on the Zagreb – Split and Zagreb – Dubrovnik routes, while seasonal routes Osijek – Split, Osijek – Dubrovnik, and Zagreb – Brač will also be reinstated.

Croatia Airlines’ flight network is tailored to market demand, and the final flight schedule will depend on the delivery schedule of the new Airbus A220 aircraft.
