Croatia Airlines and its two representative unions, SHSZUZ (Independent Croatian Union of Aviation Employees) and ORCA (Croatia Airlines Workers’ Organization), have signed a new collective agreement valid for the next five years. ORCA represents several unions within the company, including SKOZ (Airline Cabin Crew Union), HSPP (Croatian Union of Transport Pilots), SZTH (Union of Aviation Technicians of Croatia), and Novi Sindikat. This agreement marks the successful conclusion of several months of negotiations, laying a strong foundation for a positive working environment moving forward.
Both the management and the unions agree that the new collective agreement ensures long-term social peace, a crucial element for employee satisfaction. This stability is essential for the successful implementation of the most significant project in the company’s 35-year history: the renewal of the entire fleet by 2027, which includes the addition of 15 new Airbus A220 aircraft.
