Flight FR1197 / RYR36BF of the low-cost carrier Ryanair on the route Brussels (CRL) – Athens (ATH) was redirected to Zagreb Airport at the time when it was in the airspace of Bosnia and Herzegovina, east of Sarajevo.
As AvioRadar finds out, a passenger over the age of 80 fell ill and the crew redirected the flight to Zagreb at 10:50 Croatian time, where it landed safely at 11:20.
The passenger who has heart problems stayed with her family in Zagreb, while the other passengers continued journey to their destination at 12:50.
