French subsidiary of TUI Group significantly reduced air operations from France to Croatia. Instead of last year’s 10 routes, there are only 2 that remain for this year.
Brač Airport will not be affected with this reduction. The one route from France to Brač Island remains in operation for this year; Deauville – Brač operated once a week on Satrurdays with Embraer ERJ-190 (in the photo and video).
Airport Split, instead of last year’s 5 routes, remains with only one route for this year. Paris (Airport Roissy – Charles de Gaulle) – Split is already operating once a week on Sundays (instead of Mondays during last year) with Boeing 737-800. Last year’s routes from Lille, Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse to Split are cancelled for this year.
TUI will not operate any flights from France to Dubrovnik. Four routes are cancelled: from Deauville, Lyon, Nantes and Paris. All TUI routes from France to Croatia are operated by Belgian air carrier TUI Airlines Belgium (TB/JAF).
TUI is keeping these destinations in offer for their package holidays in Croatia (except Lille). But the air traffic is operated with regular flights by Spanish air carrier Volotea (V7/VOE), or with charter flights operated by ASL Airlines France (5O/FPO).
