German flag air carrier Lufthansa (LH/DLH), the member of Star Alliance, resumed flight operations on seasonal services to Rijeka. The first arrival was on the flight number LH1408 from Frankfurt to Rijeka. Although new Airbus A320neo was announced on Saturday flight this first flight was operated by smaller Airbus A319 (in the picture). Lufthansa will also boost flight operations to Rijeka this year. In compare with last year, except this one flight a week on Saturdays, there will be addioinal second flight a week on Wednesdays from May 25th with Airbus A319. The second route from Munch to Rijeka is offered from June 4th with one flight a week, on Saturdays, with smaller regional aircraft Mitsubishi CRJ-900.
On the same day, Saturday April 9th, Lufthansa has also resumed flight operations from Franfurt and Munich to Zadar. Frankfurt route is offered with four flights a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and that also means one additional flight a week in compare with last year. Munchen route is offered three times a week, on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, the same as last year.

Lufthansa has already resumed seasonal flight operations from Frankfurt and Munich to Dubrovnik and Split, earlier, since last Saturday, April 2nd.
Pula seasonal flight operations are offered from April 30th from Frankfurt, with four flights a week, on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, one flight a week more in compare with last year. The last Lufthansa’s seasonal route to Croatia from Munich to Pula is offered with three flights a week, on Wedesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, but from June 5th, also one flight a week more then last year.
