On Saturday October 28, an Airbus A320 operated by Eurowings (EW/EWG) arrived to Rijeka Airport on the last seasonal flight from Hamburg, marking the end of the summer timetable at this airport.
Winter timetable has started on Sunday October 29. The only flights that will continue during this period are Croatia Airlines (OU/CTN) flight from Rijeka to Munich with two weekly flights, on Thursdays and Sundays, and a domestic PSO flight of Croatian air carrier Trade Air (c3/TDR) from Rijeka to Osijek, Split and Dubrovnik, also with two weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
However, there are some bad news for the next year’s summer timetable. Two air carriers will not resume with flights to Rijeka at all: Latvian airBaltic (BT/BTI), and German Condor (DE/CFG). Addtional two will not resume operations on two routes: Easyjet (U2/EZY) from London and Eurowings (EW/EWG) from Berlin.
