Spanish low-cost air carrier Volotea (V7/VOE) has started with flight ticket sales for a new route from Naples to Split for the summer 2024 timetable. Two flights a week are offered, on Tuesdays and Fridays from May 31to October 4.
Volotea will be in direct competition on this route to British low-cost air carrier easyJet (U2/EZY), who offers daily flights on this route in the peak of the summer period.
Before the pandemic Volotea operated flights on several routes from Italy to Croatia, for example from Bari, Bergamo, Palermo and Venice to Dubrovnik and Split. However, this new route from Naples to Split is currently the only route offered by Volotea from Italy to Croatia.
