An easyJet Airbus A320-251N, registration G-UZLO, on a flight EZY28TM/U28743 from London (EGKK/LGW) to Hurghada (HEGN/HRG), was diverted to Dubrovnik Airport on Wednesday 22 November, shortly before 2 p.m. local time.
The Airbus was flying at 35.000 feet or 10.600 meters, on the way out of Croatian airspace towards Montenegrin airspace, when the crew reported that they wanted to divert due to a medical problem of one of the passengers on the flight.
As AvioRadar has learned, this was a medical diversion due to a nineteen-year-old passenger losing consciousness.
Dubrovnik Airport emergency medical service met the flight at the airport and took care of the passenger.
The plane continued to its destination at 15:13 and landed safely in Hurghada at 18:10 Croatian time.
