Pegasus Airlines

To assist with the evacuations from the earthquake zone, Pegasus Airlines are operating all their additional evacuation flights departing from Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya and Şanlıurfa up to and including 19 February 2023 free of charge.

For Kahramanmaraş and the surrounding provinces affected by the earthquake, you can change or cancel your flights scheduled between 6-28 February for free on Pegasus web site and their mobile application. You can make changes to your flights until 31 March 2023.

SunExpress

To facilitate transportation to/from the earthquake zone, SunExpress started to carry their passengers free of charge. Their guests can visit sunexpress.com to book their domestic direct flights to/from Adana, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Malatya and Mardin departing on and before February 13, 2023 for free.

SunExpress offer to passengers the right to rebook or refund their tickets free of charge for all domestic and international flights to/from Adana, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, Malatya, Mardin, Kars, Kayseri, Samsun, Trabzon and Van between February 6-21, 2023.

If you have a direct flight to/from one of the aforementioned destinations, you may rebook or refund your existing reservation via SunExpress website or SunExpress mobile application.

SunExpress kindly ask their passengers who have a connecting flight to contact our Customer Service Center directly.

Turkish Airlines

Passengers who are booked on Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights from/to/via all domestic (Türkiye and Northern Cyprus) flights and international flights from/to earthquake zone between the dates of 06/02/2023 and 28/02/2023, provided that the following procedures are performed until 31/03/2023 for the tickets issued on or before 09/02/2023; are entitled to:

1. Change requests:

a. Change of date: A right to change date without charge and penalty as long as the requested date of flight is no later than 31/03/2023 (included).

b. Change of travel zone: A right to change date without charge and penalty as long as the requested date of flight is no later than 31/03/2023 (included) provided that the new flight is in the same travel zone. For example, if your ticket was for a flight from İstanbul to Paris, you can change it to an İstanbul – Amsterdam flight but you cannot change your İstanbul – Paris flight ticket to an İstanbul – New York flight ticket.

c. Ticket changes can be conducted through the Turkish Airlines website and mobile applications

2. Refund requests:

a) Unused tickets can be refunded.

b) For partially used tickets (tickets for travel not yet completed) only the unused segment of the ticket can be refunded.

c) Ticket refunds

Refunds can be conducted through the Turkish Airlines website and mobile applications, call center as well as through the agency that issued the ticket.

These rules apply solely to flights operated by Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet.
