Members of the Croatian Air Force (HRZ) will conduct planned flight and training activities with Mi-171 Sh helicopters in the Split-Dalmatia County area from January to June 2025. These activities will take place during nighttime hours, and an increase in noise levels is expected.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia (MORH), all flight activities will be carried out within designated flight zones and in compliance with current regulations governing airspace usage in Croatia. Additionally, all necessary safety measures will be adhered to during the operations.
These training exercises are part of HRZ’s regular activities aimed at maintaining a high level of readiness and proficiency among pilots and technical staff. The Ministry appeals to citizens for understanding regarding the potential noise associated with these nighttime flights.
