European Union has announced to close air space of all European Union member countries for all aircraft which are controlled by Russian companies and Russian private owners on Sunday, February 27th. Sunday flights to Zagreb were operated with several difficulites.
However on Monday February 28th, two flights to Zagreb were scheduled from Moscow, operated by Aeroflot (SU/AFL) and Nordwind Airlines (N4/NWS). Both flights were cancelled (in the picture). All the following flights will be cancelled as well until further notice. In addition to the two mentioned routes there is a third route from St. Petersburg to Zagreb that was planned for March, with the first flight scheduled on Friday. Flights would be operated in co-operation by Aeroflot (SU/AFL) and Rossiya (FV/SDM). Those were all the routes planned from Russia to Croatia in March.
