Austrian flag air carrier Austrian Airlines (OS/AUA), the member of Star Alliance, has inaugurated new Vienna – Zadar route on Friday, July 10th. This new route was announced last year with the start of flight operations by the end of March this year, but it was postponed because of well known reasons. It was announced with daily flights with a larger Airbus A320.
- Croatia Airlines is preparing for flights with Airbus A319 to Brač
- Austrian Airlines has resumed flight operations to Dubrovnik
- Austrian Airlines longest flight
- Austrian Airlines temporarily suspends all regular flights
However, this new route is finally inaugurated. The first flight was on Friday, but from Saturday, July 11th, this route will be operated three times a week, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. From July 31st there will be an additional fourth flight a week on Fridays. Flights will be operated with a smaller Embraer ERJ-195 (in the pictures).
Austrian Airlines resumed flight operations on its routes from Vienna to Dubrovnik, Split and Zagreb from June 28th.
