Two airlines have resumed flight operations to Zagreb Airport during the last few days. The last flight to Zagreb of both air carriers was in January.
The first was Austrian flag air carrier Austrian Airlines (OS/AUA), a member of Star Alliance. They have resumed flight operations on Vienna – Zagreb route on Friday, March 26th. At the begining this route will be operated with only 4 flights a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with Embraer ERJ-195. Before the pandemic, this route was operated by Austrian with up to 3 daily flights. Routes from Vienna to Dubrovnik and Split were postponed until the end of April.

The second airline is Polish flag air carrier LOT Polish Airlines (LO/LOT), also a member of Star Alliance. They have resumed with flights on Warsaw (Frederyk Chopin Airport) – Zagreb route on Sunday, March 28th. This route will also start with only 4 flights a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Before the pandemic, this route was operated with up to 2 daily flights. The morining flights are announced with Embraer ERJ-170, and the afternoon flights with Embraer ERJ-175 (in the picture).
