This aircraft is really rare to see. This is the only Antonov AN-140 of this type in the world that operates regular flight services since 2017, and only 35 of them were bulit from 1997 to 2016. This aircraft registered UR-14005 was bulit in 2003. It arrived to Zagreb Airport bringing an Ukrainian handball club.

Ukrainian regional air carrier Motor Sich Airlines (M9/MSI) is the first and only opreator of this aircraft. The air carrier was founded in 1993, with operational base in Zaporizhya in southeastern Ukraine. Beside this aircraft, they used to operate three more of the same type. In addition to AN-140, they have following planes in their fleet: one Antonov AN-74, three Anotonov AN-24s, two Antonov AN-12s and three Yakovlev YAK-40s. They operate regular flights only to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, Belarussian Minsk and summer seasonal flight to Bulgarian Bourgas. Previously they also operated regular flights to Russia and Turkey.
