For the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Split Airport is connected to international destinations with direct flights.
At 13:00, a Boeing 757-330 Reg. D-ABOH of the German carrier Condor landed on flight CFG4XD / DE1718 from Frankfurt (EDDF / FRA) with 71 passengers, while it was carrying 46 passengers on its way back to Frankfurt.
Shortly afterwards, at 13:35, a Croatia Airlines Airbus A320 reg. 9A-CT on flight CTN413 / OU413 with 100 passengers landed from the same city. There were 10 passengers on the way back to Frankfurt.
As of today, Split has become the second Croatian city connected to international destinations.
A Eurowings (EWG / EW) flight from Stuttgart (EDDS / STR) has been announced for tomorrow with an Airbus A319, which should land at 3 pm and will fly only on Saturdays until June 13, after which it is scheduled to fly on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
