Six routes resumed flight operations to Split during Easter

Six routes resumed flight operations to Split during Easter holidays:

The first was British low-cost air carrier easyJet (U2/EZY), with the arrival on Thursday April 1st, on Basel – Split route. This route will be operated with three weekly flights at the begining, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This air carrier also resumed flight operations on Geneva – Split route on Saturday, April 3rd, which started operations with only one flight a week on Saturdays. Both routes are operated with Airbus A320.

The second was German flag air carrier Lufthansa (LH/DLH), a member of Star Alliance, which resumed with the second route to Split. After previously resumed Munich – Split route last week, Frankfurt – Split route was resumed on Thursday, April 1st. First arrivals during Easter are with a smaller Embraer ERJ-190 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday. Starting from next week, this route will be operated with only two flights a week on Saturdays and Sundays, but with a larger Airbus A320 or A319

The third was KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines (KL/KLM), a member of SkyTeam, which has two arrivals on Amsterdam – Split route during Easter time: on Friday April 2nd, and on Monday April 5th, with Embraer ERJ-190 (in the picture). Starting from next week, this route will be operated only once a week on Saturdays, but with a larger Boeing 737-800 or 737-700.

The fourth was German low-cost air carrier Eurowings (EW/EWG). In addition to already established Düsseldorf – Split route, which was resumed with one weekly flight on February 13th, additional Stuttgart – Split route was resumed on Saturday April 3rd. For now, both routes are operated with only one flight a week, on Saturdays, with Airbus A319 or A320. 

The fifth and last air carrier which resumed flight operations to Split during Easter was Hungarian low-cost air carrier Wizz Air (W6/WZZ). The first arrival on Dortmund – Split route was on Saturday, April 3rd. Also, at the beginning, this route will be operated with only one flight a week on Saturdays with Airbus A320. 

Beside those regular seasonal flights, there is also one tourist charter flight operated by a Polish air carrier Enter Air (E4/ENT). They arrived on a charter flight from Paris (Charles de Gaulle), to Split on March 25th, with the return flight back to Paris scheduled on Monday, April 5th.
