Ryanair (FR/RYR), Europe’s largest low-cost airline, has announced its arrival to Zagreb Airport at a virtual conference today. The airline announced 36 weekly flights and 12 new routes (Brussels – Charleroi, Dortmund, Frankfurt – Hahn, Karlsruhe, Memmingen, Milan – Bergamo, Rome – Ciampino, Podgorica, Oslo – Torp, Gothenburg, Paris – Beauvais and London – Stansted) connecting Zagreb to many international airports across Europe, starting from June this year.
The first route to start will be from Brussels (Charleroi Airport) with two flights a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays from June 2nd. The second route will be from Milan (Bergamo Airport) with four flights a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from July 3rd. Two Airbus A320 aircraft, operated by Ryanair’s subsidiary Lauda (OE/LDM), will be based at Zagreb Airport from September 1st and from this day remaining 10 new routes will start with flight operations.
