Polish flag air carrier LOT Polish Airlines (LO/LOT), the member of Star Alliance, has announced a new route from Poland to Zadar. New Rzeszow – Zadar route will be operated once a week, on Saturdays, starting from May 30th until September 19th, 2020. Flights will be operated with Bombardier Q400. This will be the first regular flight operation from Rzeszow, a destination in south-eastern Poland, to a destination in Croatia.
Earlier, Polish regional air carrier EuroLOT (K2/ELO) has operated routes from smaller Polish cities to Zadar, with Bombardier Q400 (in the picture and video). These routes were discontinued when EuroLOT was taken over by LOT.
LOT will also increase capacity on Warsaw (Okecie – Frederyk Chopin Airport) – Zadar route. During the heart of the season this route will be operated with bigger Boeing 737-800 instead of smaller Embraer ERJ-195.
