Korean Air changed aircraft on the route to Zagreb

Korean national air carrier Korean Air (KE/KAL), the member of SkyTeam Alliance, has changed aircraft which will operate route Seoul (ICN – Incheon Airport) – Zagreb (ZAG) during the summer flight schedule 2019, until the end of October this year. Instead of Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which operated this route during the winter flight schedule, in the upcoming 6 months this route will be operated by a smaller Airbus A330-200 aircraft. Korean Air’s Dreamliners have seat capacity of 271 passengers, while their Airbus A330-200 fleet has 218 seats.

Airbus A330-200 in SkyTeam colours (in the photo) arrived yesterday, April 2nd, as the first flight operated in summer schedule. The change to smaller aircraft will not mean less passangers for Zagreb Airport. At the same time, starting from yesterday, this route will be operated directly in both directions, without the stop in Zürich, as it was the case during the winter. Flights will continue to operate three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
