Turkish air carrier Freebird Airlines (FH/FHY) announced to resume winter charter flights to Dubrovnik. These charter flights were operated in February 2020 and were discontinued as the pandemic started. Freebird Airlines will base one Airbus A320 (in the picture) at Dubrovnik Airport.

Charter flights are organized by RSD Reisen tour agency and they will be operated beyond the summer peak season. Flights are planned from February 21st to May 27th in the pre-season period, and then they will continue in post-season period after September 27th. Currently the following charter flights are offered:
- From Austria: Vienna
- From Belgium: Brussels
- From Germany: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart
- From UK: London (Gatwick Airport) and Manchester
