Air Baltic (BT / BTI), the Latvian national airline, will establish a route between Riga (RIX / EVRA) and Rijeka (RJK / LDRI) from June 17.

Flights from Riga were scheduled for July 29, but the carrier decided to start more than a month earlier, despite the air traffic situation.
The line will operate on Wednesday’s, on an Airbus A220-300 instead of last year’s Boeing 737-300, which is scheduled to be written off in 2020.
Prior to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the carrier was announcing two weekly flights, so we can only expect updates on this route during the season.
Also, airBaltic announced flights to Split and Dubrovnik on June 20th.
