Finish flag air carrier Finnair (AY/FIN), a member of OneWorld Alliance, has announced a new route to Zagreb. In summer 2022, Finnair will operate Helsinki – Zagreb route for the first time. This route is offered from May 1st with three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays with Airbus A319 (in the picture). Until now Finnair operated regular flights to Croatia from Helsinki to Dubrovnik, Pula and Split. Dubrovnik and Split are offered for the next year as well, but Pula was discontinued even before the pandemic.

Helsinki – Zagreb route was operated by Croatian flag air carrier Croatia Airlines (OU/CTN) three times a week too, but with smaller Canadair CRJ-1000. However this route was discontinued after the start of the pandemic.
