German low-cost air carrier Eurowings (EW/EWG) has resumed flight operations on two routes from Germany to Rijeka last weekend. Eurowings is the second air carrier that resumed flight operations to Rijeka Airport since the start of Covid-19 crisis in March.

On Saturday, June 20th, an Airbus A320 arrived to Rijeka on the flight no. EW9962 from Düsseldorf. This flight was full with 180 passangers on arrival, and 59 passangers on departure from Rijeka. At the begining, Rijeka – Düsseldorf route will be operated once weekly, on Saturday.
On Sunday, June 21st in evening hours, an Airbus A320 arrived to Rijeka on the flight no. EW7968 from Hamburg with 161 passangers on board. Rijeka – Hamburg route will be operated with two flights a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Both routes will be operated with Airbus A320 (in the pictures).
