Wi-Fi for the first time onboard Croatia Airlines aircraft

As the Croatian national airline Croatia Airlines exclusively confirmed for AvioRadar, all new Airbus A220 aircraft will be equipped with a Wi-Fi infrastructure that will enable passengers to use the Internet wirelessly while on board, both on the ground, and during the flight.

In addition to the above, it is planned that the planes will be equipped with USB A and USB C sockets on each seat, which should also have holders for mobile phones and tablets.

CTN emphasizes that by introducing the novelties in the cabin and the passenger experience, Croatia Airlines continues the process of digitizing its business, as part of which, in addition to the above, passengers will also be offered content in digital form, which they will be able to access during their stay onboard via Croatia Airlines applications (mobile IFE – In-Flight Entertainment).

Compared to the current configuration of Airbus aircraft, the new A220 aircraft will not be equipped with video screens above the passenger seats.
