As part of the Croatian Air Force’s planned tasks, pilots of the 191st Fighter Squadron of the 91st Wing will conduct regular flight activities today, April 30, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, during which a sonic boom may occur.
The flight activities will take place over the areas of Zagreb, Karlovac, Bjelovar-Bilogora, Koprivnica-Križevci, Požega-Slavonia, Osijek-Baranja, Virovitica-Podravina, and Sisak-Moslavina counties, at altitudes above 10,000 meters, while adhering to all safety measures.
“The Croatian Air Force conducts all its activities within designated flight zones in accordance with regulations and rules governing the use of airspace in the Republic of Croatia,” stated the Ministry of Defense (MORH) in a public announcement.
During the planned flight and due to breaking the sound barrier, a brief increase in noise is expected.
