Ancona Airport announced a new route from Ancona to Rijeka. Italian air carrier Aeroitalia (XZ/AEZ) announced to operate this route, flight tickets are not yet available for booking. Earlier this month, Aeroitalia announced Ancona – Split route, which is already in the booking system. Schedules for both routes to Split and Rijeka are the same, but operated in different periods. Rijeka flights are also scheduled with two flights per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, from June 8 to July 3, one month earlier then the flights to Split.
