INA is preparing the first deliveries of Sustainable Aviation Fuel

INA (Croatian Oil Industry) is in the phase of preparing a pilot project that would supply its aviation users with the new, sustainable aviation fuel JET A-1 (Sustainable Aviation Fuel – SAF).

As INA confirmed to AvioRadar, the pilot project is being prepared, which is planned for the second half of 2023. INA is the supplier of fuel at all Croatian international airports except Brač airport (Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Rijeka, Pula and Osijek).

INA further explains: “INA is ready to help reduce the impact of aviation fuel on the environment. The company and its partners are preparing the delivery of JET A-1 sustainable fuel for the needs of the pilot project planned for the second half of 2023. Further supply of the market with sustainable aviation fuel will be aligned with our obligations and the applicable legal framework.”
