A Boeing 737-800 aircraft of the Croatian ACMI carrier E.T.F Airways, registration number 9A-KOR, was on a flight from Frankfurt to Hurghada this morning, when entering the airspace of Bosnia and Herzegovina at an altitude of 35,000 feet (10,700m) at 8:20 a.m. local time, the plane diverted to Zagreb.
The crew diverted the plane due to, as AvioRadar has unofficially learned, a health problem of one of the passengers on the flight. Unofficially, it was a suspected heart attack.
At Zagreb Airport, the passenger was met by the emergency services.
The plane landed in Zagreb at 8:36 local time.
