On Thursday, 30 May 2024, the Ministry of Defense announced a special program on the occasion of the Statehood Day.
Among others, the program for Zagreb highlights the flight program with participation of the Black Hawk and Kiowa Warrior helicopters, the acrobatic group “Wings of Storm” with its flying performance, and the flyover of the Rafale multipurpose fighter jet.
The scheduled start of the flight program is at 17:00, and the program will take place in and above the Jarun Sports and Recreation Center. In addition to the flight program, demonstration exercises of members of the Croatian Army are also planned – an exercise of the Special Forces Command, an exercise of the Honor Guard Battalion, and a demonstration of the work of handlers and service dogs of the Military Police Regiment.
