While Croatian flag air carrier Croatia Airlines (OU/CTN), a member of Star Alliance, has recently announced four new international routes from Zagreb and Split, it will not have any international regular services from Brač Island in this year. Last year in May, a new Brač island – Munich route started with flight operations with one flight per week, on Saturdays. However, this route will not continue with flight operations this year. The reason for this, as Croatia Airlines stated, is not managing to close agreements with tour operators for this route.
Croatia Airlines announced new routes from Zagreb
Croatia Airlines will continue with regular flight services to Brač island with dometic route from Zagreb with two flights per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting from April 3 to October 26. This year Croatia Airlines will also operate charter flights from Brač island to Graz and Linz, with one flight per week on Saturdays, from May 4 to October 12. These charter flights have been operated for Austrian tour agency Gruber Reisen for many years.
