Croatia Airlines has partnered with Airbus to present the Airbus A220 aircraft as part of its appearance at the Istanbul Airshow 2024, which takes place from September 26 to 28 at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport. On this occasion, the national airline stated in a press release:
“On this occasion, at the 14th edition of the Istanbul Airshow, the Croatian national airline is presenting to the public its first new Airbus A220-300 aircraft, which was ceremonially welcomed in Zagreb at the end of July and entered into regular traffic at the beginning of August this year. This marked the beginning of the biggest project in the company’s history – the renewal of the entire fleet with a total of 15 new Airbus A220 aircraft by 2027.
In addition to the presentation of the first new Airbus A220 aircraft, the company’s representatives will share with the public their experience in using this aircraft in their regular operations during their performance at the Istanbul Airshow.
The appearance at the Istanbul Airshow is another important event in the year in which Croatia Airlines celebrates its 35th anniversary and 20th year of membership in the Star Alliance.”
