Dutch low-cost air carrier Transavia (HV/TRA) has announceda new route from Amsterdam to Split. Air tickets for this route are already available for sale with three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from July 6th to August 29th, with a Boeing 737-800 (in the picture).
Transavia has been operating the Rotterdam / Haag – Split route for many years, but from Amsterdam to Split they haven’t had any regular operations yet. Also, for this year, Roterdam route is offered from July 5th, with two weekly flights at the begining, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From July on, the frequence of this route should gradually be increased, with up to eight flights a week from July 21st, daily with double rotation on Sundays.

Transavia is a subsidiary of Dutch flag air carrier KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL/KLM), a member of SkyTeam. Also KLM has increased its flight operations on Amsterdam – Split route, so already now in pre-season period this route is operated with more flights a week, then in years before pandemic.
