Austrian flag air carrier Austrian Airlines (OS/AUA), a member of Star Alliance, is the second air carrier that resumed regular international flight operations to Zadar. During last two weeks German Lufthansa (LH/DLH) resumed its flight operations from Frankfurt and Munich to Zadar.

The first arrival of Embraer ERJ-195 (in the picture) on the flight number OS753 from Vienna to Zadar was on Thursday, May 13th. This route will be operated with three flights a week, on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. It is planned to boost the operarions gradually, so in peak summer season, from June 29th, it should be operated on a daily basis, with a larger Airbus A320.
With this, Austrian Airlines has resumed all routes to Croatia that were planned for this year. Since the begining of summer timetable, flights to Zagreb were resumed, and followed with first flight operations from Vienna to Dubrovnik and Split two weeks ago.
