Zagreb will get a the first regular route from Ukraine

Ukrainian air carrier Windrose Airlines (7W/WRC) will inaugurate the first regular flight from Kiev to Zagreb. This will also be the first regular route from Ukraine to Zagreb. The new Kiev (Boryspil Airport) – Zagreb route will be operated three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting from June 2nd, 2020. These flights will be operated with Embraer ERJ-145 (in the picture and video).

Windrose has 6 of these planes in its fleet and all of them were taken over from Ukrainian regional air carrier Dniproavia (Z6/UDN). Dniproavia doesn’t operate any flights so far, but all planes are still in Dniproavia livery. Dniproavia has operated own summer charter operations from Lviv to Pula and Split during last years.

Windrose will operate seasonal regular flight operations from Kiev to Pula and Split as well. Both routes will be operated with two weekly flights, the same as last year. Pula will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and Split on Thursdays and Sundays. These summer seasonal operations will be operated with larger Airbus A321. Windrose has also 5 Airbus A321s and Airbus A320 in its feel.
