Czech air carrier Smartwings (QS/TVS) started with ticket sales for flights from Poland to Dubrovnik. Charter flights on these routes were operated last year on behalf of Polish daughter company Travel Service Polska (3Z/TVP) for tourist agency Rainbow Tours. Flights on routes Katowice – Dubrovnik and Warsaw – Dubrovnik are now offered as regular flights starting from June 6th 2019. There will be several charter flights operating on the route Warsaw – Dubrovnik prior to this date.
Both routes will be operated with one flight a week, on Thursdays, from June 6th till September 26th 2019. Flight on route Gdańsk – Dubrovnik will continue as charter flight, therefore the tickets will not be offered by Smartwings in free sales. Charter flights from Bydgoszcz and Szczeczin to Dubrovnik that were operated last year, are cancelled for 2019. Previously announced new charter route for this year Łodź – Dubrovnik will not start with operations.
Another regular flights on route Warsaw – Split are offered for this year as well. However, flights planned on route Katowice – Split were cancelled for this year. All flights are announced to be operated on Boeing 737-800 (in the photo).
