Croatian carrier ETF Airways has announced a recruitment campaign for cabin crew members to operate on the new turboprop aircraft, the ATR 72-600, which are expected to join the carrier’s fleet soon.
The job posting was published on the LinkedIn platform, where the carrier states it is seeking cabin crew to support its growing ATR operations. ETF Airways highlights that it offers cabin crew members a supportive, dynamic, and international working environment, with a strong focus on professionalism, safety, and excellent passenger service. Joining the team, the carrier says, means becoming part of an organisation that values high professional standards and service quality.
According to the published job advertisement, candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed secondary school education, and hold the legal right to work in the European Union with a valid unrestricted passport. Applicants are also required to be fluent in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. English language proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process, while additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Candidates must also be able to pass a medical examination conducted by an approved EASA examiner, complete a background check covering the previous five years, and be able to swim at least 50 metres unaided. The carrier further emphasises that it is looking for individuals capable of working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Successful applicants will receive a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, along with comprehensive initial training and continuous professional development. ETF Airways also states that accommodation during layovers is provided and duty-related travel expenses are covered. The working environment is described as multicultural and inclusive, with flexibility required due to irregular working hours and operations across different locations.
Interested candidates can submit their applications via email to etf.hr@etfairways.com no later than 15 March 2026.
In addition to the cabin crew recruitment campaign, ETF Airways has also published job openings on its website for cabin crew instructor and pilot positions (captains and first officers) to support operations on the ATR 72-600.
The arrival of the first ATR 72-600 in the fleet of ETF Airways will mark the first time the carrier expands beyond its current narrow-body jet operations. The new aircraft will also create demand for additional crew members who will take part in launching and developing the carrier’s ATR operations.
