Due to the new situation regarding the coronavirus epidemic, Croatia Airlines, as a national air carrier, is continuously adapting its business activities to the current epidemiological situation in Croatia and abroad and to the recommendations of the Croatian and world public health authorities.
In these extraordinary circumstances, priority is given to passengers, especially those who have already purchased tickets for domestic and international flights. Because of this, the company has, in addition to the previous phone numbers of the Contact Center 6676 555 and 072 – 500 505, opened an additional telephone number 0800 – 7777, so that all passengers could contact us and regulate all their rights as soon as possible. In addition, additional human resources of the sales staff were mobilized in several locations within the company.
Due to the large number of phone calls, and with the aim of maximizing operational efficiency, the company is forced in the current situation, to give priority to passengers whose journeys should start within 72 hours at the latest. All other service users are kindly asked for their understanding and patience, and it should be emphasized that each passenger and each airline ticket will be processed in accordance with custom rules issued by the company due to the coronavirus epidemic.
It is especially important that all passengers should contact Croatia Airlines sales staff before the date of the planned trip. This is a basic prerequisite for regulating their travel rights, which includes agreeing on travel arrangements in the aftermath of the epidemic.
