Given the extraordinary circumstances caused by the worldwide Coronavirus crisis, Brussels Airlines have decided to temporarily suspend their flight operations from Saturday, 21 March until 19 April 2020 included.
Please be aware that our Service Centre, both on the phone and via social media, are saturated for the moment. We therefore explicitly ask you to only contact us at this moment if you need to fly in the coming 4 days. That way we can help the customers that need our help most urgently first.
For all other guests Brussels Airlines offer you until 1st June to decide on what you want to do with your ticket. Brussels Airlines completely understand that in the current situation, you do not know when exactly you want to travel. So please take your time, and get in touch with Brussels Airlines when you are ready to fly again. Until then, Brussels Airlines will simply keep your ticket on hold for you.
