This aicraft was built in 1991 for Taiwanese air carrier Eva Air (BR/EVA). Until 2011, when it was taken over by Atlas Air, it was operated by many air carriers worldwide: TACA (TA/TAI) from Salvador, Britannia Airways (BY/BAL), Canadian Airlines (CP/CDN), Air Canada (AC/ACA), Air Madagascar (MD/MDG), Luzair (LUZ) from Portugal and SriLankan Airlines (UL/ALK).
