Međunarodna zračna luka Zagreb d.d. (Zagreb International Airport) has announced two job vacancies in its legal and aviation security departments. The available positions are Legal Advisor and Senior Aviation Security Specialist, with starting gross monthly salaries of €2,380 and €2,490, respectively.

Legal Advisor

For the position of Legal Advisor, the airport is seeking a candidate with a university degree in law and at least one year of professional experience. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal support to various departments, monitoring regulatory requirements, and addressing matters related to personal data protection, cybersecurity, and employment law.

Applicants are expected to have an excellent command of English, strong communication and organizational skills, and an interest in corporate and business law. Previous experience in employment law will be considered an advantage.

The employer offers a fixed-term employment contract, a six-month probationary period, and a gross monthly salary of €2,380. The application deadline is November 9, 2026.

Senior Aviation Security Specialist

The second vacancy is for a Senior Aviation Security Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal aviation security quality control measures, preparing inspection plans, delivering training programs, and monitoring compliance with national and international aviation security regulations.

The role also involves cooperation with relevant government authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders involved in civil aviation security. Particular emphasis is placed on implementing standards and recommendations issued by international organizations, including ICAO and ECAC.

Applicants must hold a relevant higher education qualification, have appropriate professional experience, demonstrate proficiency in English, and possess a category B driving licence. Candidates are also required to have completed relevant civil aviation security training and hold a valid security clearance certificate.

For this position, the airport offers a permanent employment contract with a gross monthly salary of €2,490, subject to a six-month probationary period. The application deadline is November 6, 2026.
