Međunarodna zračna luka Zagreb d.d. is recruiting a Performance and Business Development Associate (m/f), based in Velika Gorica. Applications are open until 16 October 2026. The position is part-time, at 20 hours per week, with a gross salary of €1,220.

Responsibilities include monitoring service agreements and contracts with subcontractors, reporting key performance indicators to contractual partners, and overseeing the delivery of subcontracted services. The successful candidate will also verify data entries and passenger numbers in information systems, maintain and archive traffic documentation, and collect and process traffic statistics. Duties also include organising and coordinating cleaning services.

The vacancy is open to candidates with secondary education, higher vocational qualifications, or a professional or university bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in air transport is required, with the advertisement specifying one to three years of work experience, alongside English proficiency at B2 level. Candidates are expected to have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to work in a team, digital literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
