Zagreb International Airport Ltd., the concessionaire of Franjo Tuđman Airport, has announced a vacancy for a Legal Affairs Advisor. Applications are open until 28 September 2026, with the advertised gross monthly salary set at EUR 2,381.
The successful candidate will join the legal team of Zagreb International Airport, which operates within a concession model and an international business environment. The role includes providing legal support across various aspects of the airport’s day-to-day operations, as well as cooperating with domestic and international partners, institutions and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include participating in the drafting, review and alignment of contracts, providing legal support to other organisational units and monitoring the legal and regulatory framework relevant to airport operations. The position also involves preparing legal opinions and analyses, as well as proposals aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
The Legal Affairs Advisor will also work on current regulatory topics including personal data protection, cybersecurity and corporate compliance, as well as employment law matters and the preparation and updating of internal policies, procedures and other documents.
Candidates are required to hold a university degree in law and have at least one year of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, together with English language skills at a minimum B2 level and the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken English.
The employer particularly highlights strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive and responsible approach to work, and an interest in corporate and commercial law. Experience or an interest in employment law will be considered an advantage.
The position is offered on a fixed-term basis with a six-month probationary period.
