Croatia Control (HKZP) has published a vacancy for an engineer in its Air Navigation Technical System Performance Monitoring Office. The position is based in Velika Gorica, and the selected candidate will be offered a permanent employment contract subject to a probationary period.

The role includes administration of the information system used for the maintenance of technical systems and equipment, as well as monitoring the performance of the air navigation technical system. The engineer will also be responsible for maintaining records of professional training for air navigation technical personnel, monitoring external service providers, and overseeing the effectiveness and implementation of contracts and service-level agreements.

Additional responsibilities include preparing documentation and application solutions related to performance monitoring, supervising the accuracy and updating of records, and participating in engineering and maintenance activities involving the information system used for technical systems and equipment supporting the provision of air navigation services.

Applicants are required to have completed an undergraduate and graduate university programme, an integrated undergraduate and graduate university programme, or a specialist graduate professional programme in the field of technical sciences, comprising a total of at least 300 ECTS credits. Knowledge of English is also required, as well as Croatian citizenship or citizenship of another European Union member state.

The vacancy is open until 18 September 2026, and candidates who meet the requirements will be invited to testing. Before signing the employment contract, the selected candidate will also be required to undergo a medical examination.
